I watched the series a while back (season 1), so I'm curious about the book.
Reviews and Comments
Mostly (queer) fiction these days.
I read more when I was younger and most of the books here are still imports from several years ago (and many of those, especially the to-read shelf, were very random; the to-read shelf can basically be disregarded altogether). Younger-ish reads are still archived as handwritten lists in notebooks on my shelf.

Content warning Some spoilers about the end
I found some of the omegaverse stuff in-universe ("gender" roles etc.) really annoying and frustrating; the MC (from "our world") does push back against them in a way but I still found it frustrating (compared to his uncle's approach, other character approaches), but on the other hand he was sucessful (along with the help of others) and things change a lot by the end so it did feel like there was a lot of progress.

It look me a while to read this one as I kind of stopped after reading volume two; the narrative shifted gears and I felt a bit like I had to reorient myself. The story was so large and intricate with so many characters, but the plot really all came together in the end in a really satisfying way; at first, earlier on, it felt like we were coming to a close but there was so much book yet, and then it felt a bit like breaking through the ceiling into so much more complexity. Anyway, I quite enjoyed this one!
